The Origin..

The origin of the company name lays in its founder's experiences whilst travelling and working in France, Italy and Switzerland, where he learnt the art of chocolate production and presentation.

In 1923 when he created his first company in Belgium, he named it : "Swiss-Italian Specialties".

Since those early days, the founder's descendants,
"the Libeert-family", have continued with those early traditions thus evolving the company's name to the present day, "ITALO-SUISSE".

The company is situated in the Belgian town of Comines.
